Education Policy

Reforming society is hindered most of all by the lack of new knowledge and skills. The Soviet government created one of the best educational and scientific infrastructures in the world, but development of a market-based economy and democracy requires new approaches to education, with the curricula furnishing knowledge for which there is actual demand.

In order that Ukraine’s innovative development is more than merely declarative, we help the government and educators to build their capacities for devising and implementing educational and scientific policy, creating an organisational system for science, coordinated in goal and form, that draws on existing potential.
